Short Bio

Having graduated as an Aerospace Engineer, Apu Paul is an experienced aviation professional with extensive knowledge on the training and examinations pertaining to EASA PART-66 and GCAA CAR 66 regulations. His career started as a Continuing Airworthiness Engineer within a Swiss Aviation based firm and further on becoming an instructor for various aerospace and mechanical courses within the Emirates Aviation University, Dubai. During his tenure, he was also the Examination Manager for the EASA PART-147 and GCAA CAR 147 (Aircraft Maintenance Department), and advisor for the students’ future progressions. He is also active in curriculum development and enrichment of the various Engineering programs with major interest in writing processes and procedures. He is instrumental in teaching, handling, administering, and managing courses related to Aircraft Maintenance. His interests also include in researching topics related to the design and performance of Aircraft and UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), Fluid Mechanics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, and Finite Element Analysis.
