Atif Chowhan is an accomplished Information security academician and consultant with 14+ years of versatile IT experience and expertise in corporate systems and network security architecture and management along with IT projects management, network and IT infrastructure design and implementation, custom ERP software development, and change management throughout the project life cycle in public and private sectors. He developed keen interest in information security since early stages of his career which derived him to pursuit Masters Degree with emphasis on information security and CISSP certification from (ISC)2. Understanding these responsibilities he has taken the role of security evangelist to spread the awareness about information security and its importance. He actively participates in all major security events regularly. Currently he works at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic Information Security Engineering Technology department where he mentors national Emirati youth.
