Dr. Lepe-Aldama is a seasoned IT Executive with over 30 years of experience, known for leading impactful ITC initiatives and establishing high-level business relationships. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering complemented by numerous industry certifications. He was a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico from 2004 to 2007 and served as Vice-President of the College of Information Technology Professionals de Baja California in 2004.Dr. Lepe-Aldama has held various academic positions for over 14 years, including Tenured Professor at the Ensenada College of Engineering, UABC, México, and Associate Researcher at Telematics Department, CICESE, México. His publications include articles in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Computer Networks and Communications and IEEE Transactions on Communications. He has also contributed to books and actively participated in conferences like the IEEE International Conference on Communications and the IFIP Networking Conference.
