Dr. Omondi is a climate scientist and meteorologist with an extensive training in the field of climate science. He has previously served as a meteorologist at the Kenya Meteorological Department as well as a research officer at the Kenya Meteorological Society. He has a teaching and research interest in the climate dynamics, climate variability, climate adaptation and extreme weather event. Through his research, he collaborates with scientists across a range of disciplines and has knowledge in a variety of computer languages.
