ENG-1001: Industrial Safety and Pro Ethics (W.B.)

Description
This course is a study of safety and health management in the workplace as it is related to hazard identification and control, accident investigation and prevention, emergency planning and moral responsibilities to society. It introduces the students to professional ethics, various moral issues and uses of ethical theories, and codes of ethics in professional engineering societies. Lecture 2 hours/week.
