PET-2022: Reservoir Fluid Properties (Blended L.)

Description
This course (with lab) deals with study of the basic phase behavior of hydrocarbon systems as related to petroleum recovery, ideal and real gas behavior, single and multicomponent two-phase systems, and properties of reservoir fluids under various conditions of pressure and temperature. Laboratory tests on reservoir fluids are also conducted. Lecture 2 hrs/wk, Lab 3 hrs/wk.
