Dr. Farhan Malik, having distinctive academic record combined with 6+ years of teaching, research and industrial experience joined ADpoly in August 2018, before he was working as an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at the American University of the Middle East (AUM) in Kuwait. He has also worked as a Researcher in Aalto University Finland for almost 5 years. He is an active research in the field of electrical power engineering. He graduated with a Doctor of Science degree from Aalto University Finland in 2016 and his doctoral thesis entitled “Flexible Loads in Smart Grids: Charging Solutions for EVs and Storage Space Heating”. His current work focus is on the energy balance management, flexible load control and demand response. Dr. Farhan is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
