Eng. Luis Kakazu

Eng. Luis Akira Kakazu has Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics in 2014 in Brazil. He has worked with teaching since 2010, when start to work at SENAI, an Education Institution in Brazil responsible to trainer vocational students, in automobiles systems. In 2011 he started to work in the industry sector, training the technicians from Brazilian Volkswagen dealerships in all systems in the vehicle, as electrics, onboard network, engines, automatic and manual gearbox, suspension, brakes, air conditioner and comfort systems. In this position he was to Germany to received updated trainings and information about new cars. In 2016 he moves to the position of aftersales consultant at same company, where he gone to some Volkswagen dealerships around the Brazil to improve the customer satisfaction with the service provide by these dealers. In 2018 he returned to teaching area, hired by Mercedes-Benz to teach about trucks systems and in 2020 he moves to do the same job but now for cars and Vans. In Mercedes-benz he was responsible to teach for Brazil and Latin America, in Portuguese and Spanish, and he went to Germany, Poland and Spain to take new training for new cars and technologies.
