Eng. Malek Albadarneh

Malek Albadarneh is an Instructor at the Advanced Energy Engineering Technology Division in Abu Dhabi Polytechnic. Malek Albadarneh have taught courses and labs at the higher diploma and applied bachelor level ; Dynamics ,Statics , electrical technology, AC and DC OCT, instrumentations and control, applied technical chemistry, mechanical technology.

Malek Albadarneh has finished Msc Nuclear Decommissioning and Waste Management at University of Birmingham; previously studied Bsc Nuclear Engineering at Jordan University of Science and Technology. While studying nuclear Decommissioning, I developed skills in chemical science, material science safety management and risk assessment, waste disposal mechanism and policies and disposal site management and legislations. while Also developed an overview of nuclear decommissioning and waste management, safety cases, BAT assessments, environmental impact assessments, site decommissioning and delicensing, types of waste produced and its management options, geological disposal, groundwater contaminant transport, radiation shielding, radiation protection, and dosimetry, gamma spectroscopy (NaI and HPGe), and the materials analysis through XRF and XRD.
